- Yr. 1: Heighten the awareness of bipolar disorder by providing research-based information on this disorder to the general public and law enforcement agencies. This will involve distributing literature about bipolar disorder and mental illness topics to the local community.
- Yr. 2: Provide people who have bipolar disorder (referred to as consumers) with an in-person support group and community support/resources designed to improve their lives.
- Yr. 2: Provide a life coach who helps individuals manage their disorder in order to realize success in their daily life and employment.
- Yr. 1: Provide people who have bipolar disorder (referred to as consumers) with a virtual support group and community support/resources designed to improve their lives.
- Yr. 3: Advocate for mental health classes to be added to the high school curriculum.
- A long-term goal is to improve federal legislation that impacts individuals who have a mental illness.
